• Responsible for supervising the Graphics Post-production and On-Air Studio Graphics systems at twofour54 working to the highest industry standards.
• Working in close co-operation with the Post & Studio Production Managers,
Engineering and Bookings teams to ensure that twofour54 clients experience the highest levels of satisfaction.
• Responsible for training of the Graphics Post Production team and advising Management on new materials/ equipment and industry trends.
• Create and manage projects in Studio and Post Production with well thought solutions and meet production deadlines.
• Maintenance of the Graphics production systems and working with Engineering to achieve the highest Technical standards at all times.
• Responsible for ensuring that documented Operational procedures are kept up to date and revised as necessary and that these procedures are communicated to staff, both permanent and freelance and adhered to.
• Responsible for managing day-to day staffing levels comprising both permanent and freelance staff.
• Any other reasonable duties required by the management.
Skills
• In depth knowledge of medium to large Graphics Post and on-air Graphics Studio Operations in a HD environment.
• Good understanding of non-linear audio and video post production.
• Excellent eye for details and ability to translate visual ideas into program production.
• Understanding of Production Operations including studio operations, audio and video systems.
• Strong understanding of Graphics Post Production systems and their
application in a multi-client environment with particular relevance to Post Production.
• Ability to communicate clearly with clients and colleagues.
• Strong problem solving skills.
• Able to mentor Graphics Designer in visual compositing techniques.
• Good editorial/ technical judgment, making Graphics editing decisions and recommendations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to work effectively and reliable as part of the team.

• Ability to remain calm and level-headed under pressure.

Seniority Required:
At least 5 years in a High End Graphics Production environment with at least 2 years in a Supervisory role.
Professional Background Required
• Relevant vocational qualifications.

• Experience of supervising an operation of Graphics production in an HD environment to the highest levels of service and reliability.
