The ideal candidate will have experience in the following:
- Contribute actively to the formulation and articulation of AM strategy
- Deliver on targets for accounts in terms of Revenue and Profitability
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell other services or enhance current scope and keep AMD updated on any leads for the accounts
- Conduct Agency Evaluation to take feedback from clients twice a year
- Act as brand custodian for account brands and take ownership for the growth and positioning of the brands
– Prepare a Brand Intelligence Report based on insights shared in the meeting. Share report with Creative and Planning
- Lead briefing to execution for critical jobs and big launches
- Ensure all deliverables to clients are to brief, guidelines and budget and within deadlines
- Oversee and approve status reports sent to the clients on a periodic basis
- Prepare a reconciliation of billing and estimates on a monthly basis based on discussion within the team and with Finance
- Work closely with Finance to resolve invoicing and collections and other financial management issues related to the accounts
