Main Responsibilities
Branding
- Manage all marketing material (Brochures, presentations, business cards, promotional material, company diaries and calendars, Site photos etc.).
- Identify new marketing material requirements and organize, design and distribute.
- Ensure that Marketing materials across the company and all offices and sites communicate a consistent brand identity.
- Collaborate on HSE, awards and other campaigns and related branding for sites.
Client documentation
- Assist in the completion and issue of pre-qualification documents for each region.
- Act as the Group expert for the completion of prequalification documents.
- Assist the Proposals and Regional management teams with documentation required for bid meetings.
- Collate and manage all documentation relating to the above and update on shared drive on a regular basis.
- Liaise with the regional teams to ensure that they are aware of the latest information and documentation.
Newsletter
- Organise the publication of the Company Magazine in English, Russian and Spanish on a quarterly basis.
- Liaise with designated personnel in order to gather suitable material for inclusion in the magazine.
- Compile, edit and design the publication and propose a draft version to the CEO. On approval complete the printing and distribution of the magazine to all regions.
- Ensure the magazine is uploaded to the website in each language.
- Distribute newsletter to client mailing list.
Web-site
- Collate new information from the regions for the web-site for regular updates (project profiles, contract awards, safety awards).
- Organise for translation of material into Russian and Spanish for upload.
- Ensure that the company web-site is kept up to date.
- Maintain and continue to develop and evolve the company’s web-site to support the company branding and positioning.
- Continue to develop and eMaintain and monitor the website and its contents.
Intranet
- Content management of the company Intranet page. Work with relevant departments and the IT department to make sure this is kept up to date at all times.
- Monitor to ensure all documentation communicates the brand.
Events
- Work with regions to assist in organising marketing events and campaigns within the regions including trade shows and client focused events.
- Track all relevant conferences and tradeshows for regional teams and advise on attendance.
Market Research
- Compile market research as required for management reporting and management and client meetings.
Social Media
Manage the Facebook and Twitter account and make sure information is updated on a regular basis.
Skills
- Good computer skills with the proven ability to complete professional documents, presentations, etc.
- Excellent written English and communication skills.
- Creative and solid experience with design tools (Photoshop, InDesign or similar) to generate professional marketing material.
- Experience with Macromedia programs including Contribute and Dreamweaver.
- Digital marketing experience.
- Ability to be hands on and also step back and review things from a higher level.
- Degree qualified as a minimum.
- 5-7 post graduate experience.
- Proven track record of delivering quality marketing material.
