-The Group Marketing Manager will be in charge of developing value propositions, products as well as best practice in marketing for implementation by local operating companies.
-He will follow-up with the implementation and track success, based on prior agreed KPIS related to his area.
-He will define the benchmark to reach for operating companies in specified marketing areas and set out the roadmap of achievement in cooperation with the local teams and senior management on group level.
-The ideal candidate comes from a marketing position with a Telco with an experience package from highly competitive international markets.
-The candidate must be a proven relationship builder, must be up to overcome organizational challenges and demonstrate the willingness to go the extra mile.
-He will have held a position in channel-, segment-, product marketing or similar positions on group level or operational level for at least 3 years and have some impressive achievements in that time.
