Head of Branding | Nawras Muscat, Oman

You will develop and implements an overall Brand Plan and Strategy on an annual basis, and produces a detailed quarterly activity plan, you will promote and develop Nawras’ brand experience throughout the company e.g. working with portal and web teams regarding user experience, liaises closely with communications and corporate affairs, Proposition Management, Sales and related Departments.

You will manage relationships with and establishes close links with off-site teams, ensures consistency in terms of customer experience and internal brand culture, works in partnership with internal communications and HR teams to encourage alignment between employee culture and brand. Manages a Brand Engagement Programme for Nawras employees and third parties by organizing brand workshops, agency briefings, induction materials etc. and promoting brand identity Toolkit, providing assets and advice to third parties.

You will work in collaboration with Product and Proposition Management to lead product and services naming within the business, measures, monitors and assesses the brand consistency within internal departments, and in external suppliers, and undertakes an annual business-wide brand audit, in addition to representing the department in the marketing management group and takes budgetary responsibilities for the Brand team. Manages, supervises and coaches assigned staff at the level determined by senior management.

Requirements
You will be a University degree holder in Marketing or a similar qualification, Master’s in Marketing and / or communications is preferred, with minimum 10 years of relevant experience at least 5 of them are communications related.
