JOB SUMMARY
Determine the demand for products and services identify potential customers. Develop Pricing and Promotional strategies with the goal of maximizing the firm’s profits or share of the market while ensuring the firm’s customers are satisfied. Oversee product development or monitor trends that indicate the need for new products and services.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
1. Plan, develop and implement marketing strategies by conducting regular segment research, market review comparison between competitors and same brand dealers in the region,
2. Ensure compliance with corporate identity in all aspects of the business & communication within all departments.
3. Liaise & manage relationships with marketing agencies (Advertizing Agency, PR Agency, and Event Agency) or over all media, direct and coordinate marketing activities and policies to promote products and services.
4. Recommend and direct the hiring, training, and performance evaluations of marketing staffs and oversee their daily activities.
5. Plan and manage all launches, trade shows, public meetings and similar events in coordination with other managers and assist/ participate in various upcoming special projects or promotional activities.
6. Create and maintain all up to date effective and class leading websites.
7. Develop and maintain good relationship with Qatari officials, existing customers and potential customers/ buyers.
8. To research appropriate policies regarding product pricing and promotions, use sales forecasting and strategic planning to ensure the sale and profitability of products, lines, or services, analyzing developments, monitoring market trends and suggest recommendations however, balancing firm objectives and customer satisfaction.
9. Manage and evaluate the financial aspects of product development such as budgets, expenditures, research and development appropriations, and return- on- investments and profit- loss projections and deliver all the marketing activities within agreed budgets; identify or establish new funding sources; develop and implement strategy to enhance traditional or existing sources of funds.
10. Create a highly effective relationship between all by achieving a positive working relationship with all Managers.
11. Manage and effectively use databases as a marketing tool by capturing, selecting, storing, profiling and analyzing of all data.
12. Order, Manage & refresh all POS material, Silent Salesman & other marketing tools and achieving frequent, timely and positive media coverage throughout all available media.
13. Attend Meetings, seminars, relevant/ related training courses as requested and other related tasks to be assigned.

- University Graduate/ Related Degree
- Computer Skill(s): Microsoft outlook, excel, word, power point, internet, others.
