Our client is a global leading non-food FMCG business providing a variety of products and accessories globally.
Due to significant growth over the last couple of years throughout the MEA region, with a regional T/O in excess of $250Mill and a target for significant growth over the next 5 years.
They are currently seeking to recruit an experienced Head of Marketing – MEA to oversee the region and drive the marketing function within the business.
Responsibilities:
· Based in Dubai this role reports to the GM – MEA region and has dotted line responsibility to Head of Marketing – EMEA (Europe, Middle East & Africa) and has full autonomy for the Marketing function within the MEA region, this is a full 360° role, overseeing everything from brand strategy and development, channel marketing activities, propositions, pricing through to corporate communications and any other marketing related activities.
· To develop, budget, implement & monitor marketing and communication strategy and plans (ATL, BTL, Promotions, Events and Corporate Communications) for the whole region that can ensure sales targets’ achievement and enhance brand equity, perception and value.
· Define, initiate, recommend, plan, produce and implement Marketing strategies in line and support the development of channel specific marketing and communication plans with the country sales and marketing managers and distributors’ personnel.
· Overall you will be an extremely credible and results orientated professional with the drive and desire to take the business to the next level.
You will be an experienced FMCG Marketing Head / Director who has a proven track record of delivering sustainable results through strategic marketing initiatives with the ability to drive the business forward and play an integral role in taking the business to the next level.
