Our client is a well established banking organisation that are currently recruiting for a Head of Marketing.
The purpose of this role is to provide strong leadership in transforming the in-country marketing function to the business.
The role is required to develop, manage and drive strategic deliverables: Strategic Marketing & Brand Management, Marketing Communication, Rewards & Alliances, Pricing and Cross-Sell.
This opportunity is ideal for someone who has proven working experience and knowledge of segmentation, customer centricity, cross selling and pricing.
Our client wants to also make it clear that they encourage development and succession planning in their business, giving people the opportunity to explore different routes within their organisation, both locally and internationally.
Main Responsibilities:
• Responsible for providing leadership on formulating the pricing strategy
• Create and deploy cross-sell strategies
• Develop solid data briefs for the delivery of strategic analyses across country businesses in order to drive-up cross product holdings, deepen customer engagement (CRM) as well as customer acquisition.
• Responsible for market segmentation and analysis of results to ensure the continued generation of revenue from results
• Lead customer centricity to ensure continued service quality for all customers
• Achieve corporate ambition of building a strong and relevant global brand through close collaboration with Corporate Brand team, adhering to guidelines and standardization.

Probation : 3 months
Working hours : Sun – Thurs 8 – 5pm
Requirements
If you have 10 or more years marketing experience and are degree educated with strong project and campaign management proven experience please apply immediately!
