A highly regarded international bank is looking for a Marketing Head to develop and manage the country marketing agenda for the Consumer Business across the region: Northern Gulf & Levant (ie Jordan, Lebanon, Bahrain, Qatar, Kuwait and Oman). So the Middle East, excluding UAE.
As a well rounded seasoned professional you will develop long and short term marketing plans, maximize effectiveness and manage the budget to deliver against business and marketing objectives. Having experience in all areas of the marketing mix as expected for a ‘head of’ role you will be comfortable developing the brand and growing a team of successful goal-orientated marketing professionals.
With ambition and drive you will work with all international colleagues to build a strong and relevant global brand in collaboration with agency partners. You will deepen CRM and customer acquisition and assist with the design of country specific primary research program to inform ongoing strategy development.
Requirements
Key skills, aside from traditional marcoms/ marketing experience, must include cross-sell, business intelligence/data analytics, pricing and service quality.
Must be a fluent Arabic speaker who is happy to re-locate / reside in Bahrain.
You will possess strong team management, leadership and senior stakeholder skills and have a formal marketing qualification and/or MBA. Your experience must be financial services based and aside from traditional marcoms/ marketing experience, you must have experience of cross-selling, business intelligence/data analytics, pricing and service quality.
