Our client, a diversified group of companies in UAE is looking to recruit a Head of Sales and Marketing to join their dynamic team in Abu Dhabi office to monitoring, managing and Developing Sales Executives as productive components of the business development of customer loyalty program.Key responsibilities Complete all external performance and analytical reports, charts and conceptual models as required Complete all internal performance, analytical, and administrative reports and documentation as required for internal control purposes and management purposes. Oversee 'Client' account management, including administering and managing campaigns, promotions, and marketing activities as required and available. Promote, develop, and manage a growing and expanding merchant client base as a direct result of corporate objectives and corporate sales and profits targets. Report toCEO on any matters required including sales targets, corporate and staff performance, merchant acquisitions, administrative and performance reporting, and any other functions required to fulfill role.
Skills
To qualify for this role you must have Engineering Graduate Post Graduate specialized in marketing with a minimum 10 years work experience in Building Material market and experience in Ceramics field is an added advantage. Strong Negotiating presentation skills are the must as well as proficiency in English and Arabic are essential.
