key responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:

Driving EBITDA and revenue growth in Telecom by:
Identifying opportunities to bring new products into the market
Planning and managing growth investments
Providing executive sales support
Coaching and leading client service people across the region
Managing Telecom country leaders, and collaborating with North Africa Managing Director and the regional telecom leader to effectively drive Telecom growth within each market
Contribute to the overall Telecom Practice as a key leader by taking part in global initiatives, including product development and rollout, training, mentoring, etc.
Organizing the local teams to best serve clients and grow telecom top-line growth. This includes making decisions around staffing, training and re-purposing of exiting employees, as well as key account assignments and measuring the effectiveness of those employees
Act as the client lead for key client accounts, wherever applicable

Skills
8+ years of experience preferably in the consulting domain or leading teams in a country or sub-regional role in a global market services firm
Excellent grounding in the global Telecom ecosystem
Ability to work across multiple cultures
Strong finisher and salesperson with a drive to win in the market
