Our firm has an opening in our Interactive Department for an Interactive / Digital Media Business Development Manager – O2 Dubai; this will be a permanent position.
The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:
- Responsible for developing new business relationships, generate and negotiate new income for O2 Interactive.
- Proactive in sales growth of existing clients and new clients.
- Development of client relationships by serving as a key internal and external contact for project status and workflow.
- Develop and manage project plans and logistical project details.
- Responsible for providing overall development of business from existing clients. Builds strong on-going relationships with the clients and ensures a high level of client satisfaction.
- Serves as a liaison between the client and the agency, maintains good internal relations with all other functions to be able to provide excellent service to the client.
Skills
• The ideal candidate should hold a minimum Bachelor’s Degree with 2-5 years experience in the same role.
• Must know of UAE local market
• You will have proven skills in your sales ability and demonstrate full knowledge
• Strong client management skills and communication skills are essential for this position.
• Leadership qualities with the ability to drive through complex solutions
• Planning, organizing and ability to balance multiple demands
• Understanding of general advertising principles and account service protocol
• Skill in organizing resources and establishing priorities. Pays attention to details.
• Proactive vs. reactive thinker. .
• Knowledge and understanding of newspaper/magazine advertising principles, procedures, regulations, and standards.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and tight deadlines with confidence and ease.
• Skill in organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling work assignments.
• Skill in the use of personal computers and related software applications.
• Knowledge of marketing strategies, processes, and available resources.
