Assistant Manager – Advertising | Al-Sayer Group Kuwait

Job Purpose:
Oversee the advertising and promotional campaigns to promote the sales and services of trading divisions.

Accountabilities:
1. Design and develop advertising Campaigns, Promotion Events and Media plans.
2. Contact Advertising and Public Relation Agencies, conduct negotiations, review the quotations and select the appropriate and effective Campaign or Program.
3. Review the Master Calendar/Schedule of events for the fiscal year prepared by the Marketing officer.
4. Develop media briefs for new service launches in co-ordination with the program management team.
5. Negotiate with media outlets to get best rates.
6. Identify promotion programs that combine advertising with purchase incentives to increase sales.
7. Oversee the activities at the Venue of special events, Media and Advertising campaigns.
8. Review the news and general content of the Newsletters.
9. Perform other related duties as and when requested.

Requirements
* Education: University Degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
* Experience: Minimum five years of experience in the field of Marketing.
* Language: English is a must. Arabic is an asset.
