Associate Creative Director | Saatchi & Saatchi Beirut
Job Description:
• Build, expand and maintain a superior image and equity for Saatchi & Saatchi.
• Provide leadership to the Creative department and a creative excellence to the market.
• Develop general creative department strategies related to Saatchi & Saatchi orientation and expansion, and work in conjunction with the Board of Directors.
• Ensure a rewarding and comfortable working environment nurturing the Saatchi & Saatchi culture of creative excellence and that “Nothing Is Impossible”.
Skills
• Proven proficiency in Advertising Creativity and TV production.
• Ability to manage teams and to supervise them.
• Excellent leadership, communication and persuasion skills.
• Thrive on seeking novelty, acquiring knowledge and following innovation and change mainly in the movie and music worlds.
• Friendly with Macintosh productivity applications.
• Updated with the latest IT and multimedia trends and services.
• Very good command of English, French and Arabic.
Education
Bachelor degree in Graphic Design or Advertising
