Communication Supervisor - Dubai Agency
Our client, a very successful advertising agency, requires a Communication Supervisor to join their busy team in Dubai.
Based in Dubai and reporting to the Communication Director, you will need to communicate between the client and team members to insure a smooth project execution while nurturing a beneficial and meaningful relationship with the client. You will be recognised by senior management as the key point of contact, and will be an accountable figure for all financial and personnel issues on specific client accounts. You will lead, inspire and manage an account team to deliver an efficient, effective and profitable service to clients. In addition you will meet and exceed key performance goals in respect of client satisfaction, business development, profitability and staff performance, whilst demonstrating the ability to combat challenging situations in terms of client relationships and market trends.
Requirements
The successful candidate will be degree educated in Advertising, Marketing, Business Administration or any related field. You will have at least 4 years experience in advertising or marketing. You MUST be bilingual in English and Arabic. You will also have strong written and verbal communication skills, the ability to work under pressure and keep to deadlines, excellent project execution skills, be organised and responsible and have good presentation skills.
