Senior Advertising Account Executive | Naycom Doha
Position Summary
- Assist branch operations with customer/client resolution.
- Facilitate trades in Financial Advisor’s absence.
- Role model for Client Service Associates
- Address and resolve client inquiries.
- Conduct client outreach.
- Exposure to all services areas.
- Responding in a timely manner to Financial Advisor and client requests.
- May participate in marketing campaign and seminars.
Knowledge, skills and Abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong computer skills, including internet.
- Working knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Has the know in writing creative briefs
- Breaking down tasks to various technical departments along with outsourcing services
- Superior interpersonal, organizational and client service skills.
- Complete understanding of fee-based business.
Experience
3 or more years in the Advertising field or similar industry.
