Interactivity Services Manager- New Media | Dubai

Key Responsibility Areas
· Develop value-add features and services and acquire compelling products to drive profitable growth in line with Programming management guidelines.
· Build a long-term, scalable media delivery platform.
· Interface with Technology Group to deliver groundbreaking, engaging interactive Mobile TV solutions.
· Act as the primary client liaison to all customers (internal or external) regarding their technical requirements including explanation, clarification, troubleshooting and problem resolution.
· Ensure technical feasibility and implementation.

Role Requirements
· Relevant Bachelors degree.
· A minimum of five years experience within media technology.
· A minimum of two years of experience with a proven track record in developing, managing, and maintaining interactive TV, ideally mobile TV, application in a live television or web production environment.
· Experience in engineering systems utilizing broadcast television technology and interactive television systems for delivery to cable/satellite distribution.
· Experience with rich media ad formats is a plus.
· Effective communication and client service skills.
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects and tight deadlines
· Self-starter with demonstrated ability to work independently and take on increasing levels of responsibility.
