Implement company’s overall marketing programs and corporate communications. Facilitate client development through marketing and client services programs.
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
1.Implement and facilitate marketing plans for Specialty Stores Int. (Blush Perfumeries) and support and facilitate development and implementation of section business/marketing plans.
a.Studying the Existing situation of (Products, Competitors, Market trend, SWOT analysis, etc.
b.Determine the Marketing Objectives and targets which needs to be achieved.
c.Prepare the strategies and the tactics to achieve the marketing objectives and prepare the action plan.
d.Monitor the implementation, and prepare a monthly report on progress.
2.Administer Blush Marketing Operations budget; support development of Strategic Business Unit marketing budgets.
3.Prepare regular promotional plans to support the marketing plan and determine the promotional budgeting and co-ordinate with advertising agencies to implement it.
4.Conducting Market research and surveys as required.
5.Finding the opportunity in opening new market segments or expanding the existing market segments.
6.Enhancing incessantly the customer service quality thru training and quality control procedures and motivators.
7.Organize and implement client relations including:
•client satisfaction surveys
•client development activities
•customer service skills training
•special events management (Seminars, Dinners, etc.)
•supervise the Blush Club
8.Develop and administer marketing database which includes client and prospect information, mailing list applications, clients’ classification etc.
9.Design and implement regular marketing training for employees on new products.
10.Oversee firm’s electronic marketing efforts including supervision of web site design and maintenance.
Skills
- Must be a self-starter, highly organized, and able to work well with employees at all levels in the organization.
- Polished presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Must possess good level business management, interpersonal, and facilitation skills.
- Needs good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows-based computer applications.
- Excellent English speaking and writing.
Experience:
At least one year in marketing role within professional services environment. Strong leadership and consensus building skills.
Special Skills:
Background in selling is preferable.
Others:
Car license and own a car.
Education
BA degree required.Concentration in Marketing, Business, or Communications preferred
