Assistant Marketing Manager | Kout Food Group Kuwait
POSITION SUMMARY
The Assistant Marketing Manager is responsible for the effective execution of all day-to-day activities within the marketing department
MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES
• To ensure proactive financial management of the budget, in conjunction with the Marketing Manager.
• To make weekly and monthly sales analysis to evaluate results to date and make recommendations for future direction.
• Development of the promotional calendar in line with the marketing plan. Responsible for its execution and post-analysis.
• Media planning, scheduling and execution.
• Ensure 100% effective rollout of all marketing programs in the restaurant.
• Liaise with operations managers to ensure effective communication to and from the field.
• Manage and execute new product launches.
• Assist the Marketing Manager in brand distribution management e.g. new sites, renovations etc.
• Assist the Marketing Manager with a regular analysis of brand profitability and move to enhance results through reducing costs, streamlining systems and eliminating redundancy.
• Develop annual L.S.M. calendars in conjunction with Restaurant and District Managers.
• Proactively pursue community initiatives to enhance brand image within Kuwait.
• Manage and oversee the effective utilization of the direct mail.
• Monitor ongoing competitor activity within the market.
• Ensure the effective merchandising of all restaurants.
• Any other related assignments instructed by the Department Head.
Academic:
Bachelors Degree
Related Experience:
3 to 5 years.
