Brand Engagement Director | Dubai
They are currently seeking a Brand Engagement Director to lead a team in its dedication to bringing brands to life within organisations through employee engagement, marketing communications training, internal implementation and organisational alignment.
You will be working closely with the strategy and design teams to help clients realise their brand strategy and drive improved brand performance through their people. You will be a key force in growing the engagement practice through developing new and existing business, building the engagement offer by applying advanced skills and practice internal communication and change management to the brand context in which they work. This role is internally focused on helping client’s employees ‘live the brand’ and ‘experience’ in internal communication, training and change management. You will develop and implement strategies that impact brand and business performance in blue chip clients.
As the successful candidate you will be degree educated with at least 5 years business experience; you will have deep experience in one or more of the following areas: internal communications strategy and planning, training and event design and development, organisational change, organisational development, employee research and analysis or HR processes. You will have strong experience of project managing large scale complex engagement programs, be a self-motivated, results oriented personality with a natural forward planning ability. The ideal candidate will have regional experience.
