A newly established international investment organization specialized in agriculture & livestock projects; is seeking to recruit self- motivated professional individuals.
Job Description:
A Communications Manager creates, implement, develop and oversee communications programs that effectively describe and promote the organization and its products.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- To create, manage and develop a strategy plan in line with company strategy
- Work collaboratively with a diverse staff team to create and manage cross-organizational, integrated marketing strategies
- Coordinate communications projects with new opportunities for the development and production of event promotional materials & publicity material, web site production and other collateral.
- To ensure the relevance of the organization website and to be responsible for keeping it updated.
- To prepare publications in conjunction with senior managers.
- To assist in the preparation of presentations and/or speeches geared toward employees, consumers and the public.
- To provide supervision and direction to staff.
- Serve as a primary spokesperson for information management.
Skills
- Creative in developing effective, cutting edge communications for the organization.
- Articulate clearly both with the written and spoken word with Professional writing skills for the organization publications, promotional materials, and website pages.
- Excellent people skills and an upbeat and enthusiastic attitude.
- Superior professionalism and judgment
- Ability to effectively work under tight deadlines and manage projects independently.
- Familiarity with multi media technologies
- Strong work ethic
- Good leadership skills and team building
- Coaching & mentoring
- Strong strategic planning & system development
Basic Requirements:
- Prior association and/or international markets experience desired but not necessary, Experience in Middle East is a must.
- Ten or more years of experience in program development, marketing and building strong net of connections
- Knowledge of famous graphic design programs to coordinate with external designers and agencies
- Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience
