Direct Marketing Executive | IFA Hotels & Resorts Dubai, UAE
The Direct Marketing department generate leads through various marketing channels such as Media, Direct Mail, OPC’s (Outdoor Personal Contacts), and Owners Programmes.
The Direct Marketing team is responsible for sourcing, qualifying and following up on all leads generated from these marketing channels to drive business by way of tours to the sales team to sell IFA Hotels & Resorts world-wide projects.
The OPC’s work from Shopping Malls and at Exhibitions to generate leads for our wide range of products. OPC’s are required to proactively approach potential customers.
Excellent customer service skills and product knowledge are required. OPC Executives must be extremely confident and proactive in order to attract attention from the public and ensure that control is maintained in conversations with customers and therefore, maximize the percentage of leads generated and tours attended as a result.
An OPC Executive acts as an ambassador for IFA Hotels & Resorts. They are often the first point of contact for customers which is an important role within our company.
OPC Executives must be well presented, have excellent communications skills and have a desire to achieve and exceed targets.
Commission is achievable and each executive is in control of their earning potential.
Role Accountabilities:
- Providing excellent customer service to all existing and potential customers.
- To actively promote IFA as a company and IFA products.
- Maintain a professional attitude and appearance at all times.
Skills:
-Excellent communication & customer service skills, ability to communicate and interact well in a variety of situations.
- English is essential. Arabic, Russian or other second language would be preferred.
-Outgoing and confident whilst maintaining a professional attitude and appearance at all times.
-Self motivated and a team player.
Attributes:
- Persistent, yet ethical working practice.
- A desire to achieve and become a top performer and therefore maximize earning potential.
Experience:
- Previous marketing, promotions and/or customer service experience. Sales, outdoor marketing and/or timeshare experience would be preferable.
- Previous experience in setting and achieving personal goals and targets.
- Experience working individually and within a team environment.
