Field Marketing Manager | Damascus, Syria
Based Syria, and reporting to the Area Manager you will be responsible for working closely with the distribution partner to set up, follow through, update and assess the right KPI’s for distribution build up and trade marketing standards. You will also develop and grow consumer product trials, brand awareness and image through implementing the marketing mix. You will also track competition, develop POS master plans and manage budgets. Finally you will also need to build and lead the Syrian team offering coaching and inspiration.
As the successful candidate, you must either live in Syria or be willing to relocate there. Arabic is a must and strong English and interpersonal skills are important. You must also have 4 years relevant experience
