Head of Marketing | Dammam, Saudi Arabia
Our client is currently looking for a Head of Marketing to join their Al Khobar based organisation.
As the Head of Marketing, your role will be to create and develop a strong customer base for the diverse business portfolio, conduct competitive intelligence, promote the organisation’s services and ensure effectiveness of the Marketing function deliverables.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct Customer and Market Research of the Existing Business
• Identify Market Segments.
• Analyse Business Environment and Industry Trends
• Evaluate Existing Services
• Evaluate & Prioritise Opportunities (Existing Business)
• Develop Revenue / Sales forecast
• Develop & Manage Operational partner relationships
• Establish Customer Management Measures
• Establish Marketing Budgets
• Develop and Manage Events and Promotion
• Track Customer Management Measures
• Generate Leads (Pre-sales)
• Collect and Maintain customer account information
The successful candidate will:
• Have a minimum of 10 years work experience in Marketing.
• Service Industry is preferred with diversified business interests.
• Ideally have experience in either of the following sectors: Catering, Recruitment/Training, Chemical, I.T., Construction/Property or Industrial Services.
