Marketing Coordinator | PEPSI Amman
Assist in the execution of National Trade programs and analyze sales and retail audit data then provides management and Sales forces with the analyzed market data on a monthly basis.
Accountabilities:
- Perform trade visits, tracking national promotions execution in the market, assessing the execution of promotional material in campaigns, placement of POP materials and distribution of products in all areas, translating visit results into reports and providing Marketing manager with the results and recommendations.
- Follow up with the finance, agency and purchasing on the PO’s and invoices to make sure that payment related to the department actions are done on time with all the necessary documentation.
- Follow up on various programs and press releases with the PR agency.
- Assist in developing AOP, Start Plan and quarterly business reports, by utilizing research material.
- Following up with Advertising agency on projects recommended by the Marketing Manager.
- Coordinate with Trade Marketing Manager to assist in translating national promotions into account or channel specific spin offs.
- Work with Trade Marketing Manager to produce a key accounts promotion calendar and coordinate in execution where necessary.
- Track outdoor locations on monthly basis
Measures:
• Market share & Volume performance.
• Roll out of marketing initiatives.
• Consumer KPI targets.
• Reports summarizing Ad & PR agencies projects
Skills
• BA degree in Business Administration or Marketing.
• Marketing background (Advertising agency or FMCG company).
• Below & above the line experience.
• Computer knowledge i.e. MS word, Excel & PowerPoint.
• Fluency in English & Arabic.
• 3 years experience.
