Marketing Executive | Al Tayer Group Dubai
Act as a single point of contact between Suppliers, Event Organizers, Visual Merchandisers, Display Artists, Make-up Artists, Beauty Consultants/ Promoters while organizing marketing events, to co-ordinate their timely participation for the event’s success.
Liaise with Suppliers to organize special activities, events, mall promotions, direct mailing exercises with brands in accordance to the Areej profile.
Oversee the negotiations with Mall Managers and Suppliers, to put up mall podiums, window displays etc., and co-ordinate with Visual Merchandisers to ensure the timely placement of necessary display items and properly selected brands are used.
Introduce new ideas for promotions, events and campaigns to appeal and attract selected target markets.
Analyse media advertisements and other related news features, released by Areej as well by competitors/ suppliers / shopping malls etc, and disseminate this information to the relevant departments.
Monitor sales performance and overall effectiveness of promotions/launches and other marketing- related activities. Prepare analysis reports with feedback on the results, including possible suggestions and feedback.
Source suppliers of packaging items such as shopping bags, wrapping sheets, perfume blotters, gift boxes, etc., receive samples, negotiate for price & quality and obtain final approval in order to ensure that Areej branding is properly reflected.
Update periodically the information of the company, including press profiles, internet portal and other material that carry that represent the Company.
Use the company’s database and external database sources for projects and direct marketing activities. Organize and follow up on direct mailing campaigns
Prepare and submit monthly reports giving an account of all marketing activities
Graduate in any discipline, preferably Commerce with tertiary qualifications in Sales and Marketing.
1 to 2 years relevant experience
Well organized and flexible to work beyond office hours & on weekends
Communication & inter-personal skills
Driving license
Computer Literacy
Arabic speaker preffered
