Marketing Manager | Dubai, UAE
Our client, a global FMCG multinational organization with offices worldwide, is currently setting up a new fully fledged multifunctional office in Dubai.
We are seeking a marketing manager to report to the Marketing Director for the Middle East. You will be responsible for the further development of the brand to feed up growth and develop strong marketing initiatives in the Middle East. You will manage a team of 2 people and direct all communication, build and implement annual marketing plans and budgets. You will define group brand strategy and direct market vision and accurate analysis. You will ensure consistency of trade marketing activities and you will work with research agencies to better understand your consumers, their needs, and develop communication plans with partner advertising agencies to drive share of your brand. You will work in a multifunctional team to drive holistic sales and marketing strategies across each market, ensuring there is a plan for each market and channel. You will manage and develop team members and adapt and develop human resources vs. workload.
As the ideal candidate you must be degree educated with a minimum of 7 years FMCG marketing experience, ideally food, coming from a position as a senior brand manager or marketing manager within a multinational FMCG organization in the region. You must be Arabic speaking with proven results in brand development. You will have exceptional interpersonal and analytical skills and be able to communicate clearly and concisely to all levels of the organization.
