Marketing Manager | KM trading Abu Dhabi
* Develop comprehensive marketing, sales, advertising/promotion programs, and strategies and its effective implementation.
* Prepare annual and quarterly budgets for the marketing department and its efficient management.
* Expand and develop new business units, products and territories and identify additional income opportunities.
* Recruitment, training program, structuring, incentive programs and overall management of the marketing team.
* Establishment of marketing/sales information systems and database.
* Design and implement various corporate marketing strategies and develop plans and programs that maximize consumer experience and loyalty development.
* Product management, forecasting, pricing, and product specs
* Execution of marketing programs targeted to a customer base, which includes creative targeting, positioning, and segmentation.
* Conduct market research projects, which include competitive analysis and product development initiatives.
* Develop and implement customer satisfaction and customer feedback analysis.
Skills
* With relevant experience in Retail with a reputed group in Middle East.
* Computer literate (excel, word, powerpoint presentations etc.)
* Excellent knowledge of local market.
* University graduate with degree in Marketing or related field.
