Marketing & Promotions Manager | Hesham El-Sewedy Riyadh
Hesham El-Sewedy Trading Co is currently looking for a Marketing & Promotions Manager. The person will work closely with sales, marketing and management teams for preparing and executing the plan.
Duties/ Responsibilities:
• Primary objective is to plan, develop, manage and execute marketing plan.
• Work with the team for product approvals to the consultants, market intelligence and competitor’s activities.
• Together with the top management develop the right entry strategies for new markets
• Work with sales management to develop business plan, sales presentations and marketing campaigns that support business development activities.
• Develops a detailed marketing plan including catalogues, brochures, posters, advertisements, web site improvements, public relations, direct mail and other techniques to communicate the company’s message correctly into the marketplace.
• Responsible for budgeting and forecasting local and regional marketing and promotional expenses.
• Conduct market research to be used by sales and product development teams to assist in defining and developing new products.
Skills
• This is a responsible position requiring excellent technical background, marketing & sales skills, presentation skill, strong interpersonal relationships, team spirit and electrical industry knowledge
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Previous marketing and communications experience is a must as well as the ability to handle many projects simultaneously.
• Ability to communicate well and effectively (bilingual) both verbal and written.
• Decision making ability within the framework of broadly-stated policy guidelines.
• Ability to work independently. Process and result oriented with proficiency.
• Ability to work under pressure.
Work Experience:
• Working Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years experience in a similar background.
Education
Degree in Marketing.
