Marketing Specialist | Azadea Group Beirut, Lebanon
Role Purpose :
The Marketing Specialist (Regional based Lebanon) is responsible for planning and carrying out different marketing activities in order to develop & maintain awarenessof Azadea’s Brands and drive traffic to the stores. He/she will be in charge of enhancing and maintaining the corporate services.Key Responsibilities :
Coordinates with internal marketing personnel and external event organisers/venues to ensure that all marketing promotional events are hosted in a professional and efficient manner. Carries out ad hoc project work as required, involving internal and/or external liaison, within set guidelines provided by the Marketing Manager. Communicates with relevant parties to ensure their awareness and preparation for forthcoming promotional events. Manages effeciently the Budget. Drives timely executions Creates & maintains awareness to brands Respects brand image & equity Plans and carries out marketing activities to agreed budgets and timescales. Liaises with external agencies to carry out different activities Liaises and attends meetings with other company departments as necessary to perform duties and aid the business development. Liases with franchisor to develop, implement & assess marketing activities. Arranges and participates in overseas trips. Coordinatew activities to develop proper corporate identity. Establishes and coordinates the companies internet presence strategy Conducts market research and competitive analysis Prepares periodical marketing and advertising plans
Qualifications, Experience, Skills and Knowledge:
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or any related field* A minimum of 2-3 years experience in related field of work* Fluent in written and spoken English. French is a plus. * Computer literate with experience in using word, excel and power point.* Strong market planning and budgetary skills.* Solid understanding of sales and marketing processes* Well organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks and to manage time effectively* Highly customer orientated* Able to handle pressure without letting it detract from the quality of work* Dependable and able to act with discretion.* Self motivated, and very creative
