Marketing Team Leader | Orascom Development & Management Cairo, Egypt
Sharing in developing and maintaining marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives. Oversees all marketing, advertising and promotional activities
Main Roles:
1. Communicate effectively, foster innovation, focus on the customer, collaborate with others, solve problems creatively and demonstrate high integrity.
2. Translates marketing objectives into creative strategies.
3. Share in Designing, implementing, and facilitating annual strategic marketing plan for the firm.
4. Organize and implement client relations including:
• Client satisfaction
• Develop and administer marketing database which includes client and prospect information, mailing list applications, access to financial reports, etc,
• Utilization of data to formulate effective customer communication
• Customers & their behavior relating to marketing decisions.
• Strong understanding of customer & market dynamics and requirements
5. Forecasting Market Demand & Research
Education:
• College degree, preferably with concentration in Marketing, Business, or Communications.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, Photoshop and Windows based computer applications
Experience:
At least five years in the Marketing industry within professional services environment in addition to strong leadership, consensus building skills, marketing and strategic planning experience.

- Must be a self-starter, highly organized, enthusiastic & demonstrate ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees.
- Polished presentation and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership, first class communication, strong analytical skill, negotiation and organizational skills
