National Marketing Manager | Damascus

• Develop and implement creative business strategies to achieve business goals.
• Develop actionable marketing plans for all Detergents products, to ensure highest return on investment.
• Achieve planned volume and financial targets for all products.
• Identify new business opportunities and study the feasibility of new market introductions.
• Analyze the market and anticipate future changes/trends to create competitive advantage.
• Ensure effective resource allocation and optimal selling effort to exceed sales and market share objectives.

Skills
1. Education : Top, preferably MBA from Top Universities.
2. Experience : Minimum 7 years experience
3. Technical knowledge :
a) Sound financial knowledge
b) Experience in advertising
c) High leadership skills
d) Strong strategic thinking with analytical abilities,
4. Management experience : 4-6 years, of at least 3-4 different brands previously.
5. Communication Skills :
a. Clearly and effectively conveys ideas, orally and in writing
b. Possesses excellent listening and questioning skills
