• Infant Milk Formulae
• Infant Cereals
• Infant Teas
Their HO is based in Amman, Jordan
They have 18 country presence
This year turnover $32 million with a strategic target of $100 million by 2012
They need a very well established Sales & Marketing Director / VP Level to handle all their sales & marketing function, reporting directly to the CEO on the group level
Purpose of Job:
1. Effective leadership and management of the Corporate Marketing and Sales and Marketing Departments.
2. Management of sales and marketing objectives
3. Development of business through new markets, new products and proper branding and corporate identity enhancement.
Dimensions:
1. On-Time execution of marketing activities and plans
2. Achievement of sales budgets
3. Actions to exceed annual sales targets and enhance sales and brand equity
4. Maintenance of optimal branding and corporate identity
Purpose of Job:
1. Build an efficient/lean Marketing Department.
2. Provide creative marketing strategies for Company.
3. Provide marketing planning & support.
4. Ensure marketing Company range is up-to-date with latest trends.
