Sales & Marketing Executive | Saudi Specialized Laboratories Co. Riyadh

Responsibilities:
- Develop short, medium and long-range detailed business plans for laboratory testing performed in support of analytical and biological trials supported by chemical and food (or other) companies for the approval of conformity issues.
- Prepare and execute contractual agreements for studies and/or sample testing funded by external organizations
- Develop sustainable and regimented business model / process for developing client relationships and testing backlog
- Establish detailed, accurate cost accounting for all laboratory services performed in fulfillment of contractual obligations
- Responsible for developing new client relationships and further developing existing client relationships
- Employee and train a sufficient number of qualified personnel to fulfill laboratory contractual obligations
- Develop mid-level leaders to provide daily supervision in support of laboratory functions performed for CTS, (Custom Testing Services).
- Develop an effective working relationship with Regulatory Affairs and the service Laboratory to ensure optimal regulatory compliance (e.g. following GxP guidelines) and processing of samples

Performance Expectations:
- Provide strong leadership to effectively execute the CTS business plan
- Establish a diverse network of contacts in analytical and biological testing
- Establish contractual relationships with multiple client organization
- Develop a diverse caseload with multiple client organizations
- Grow the existing custom testing services caseload, revenue and profit margins on a consistent basis
- Improve the efficiency by which CTS delivers results and fulfills contractual obligations
- Develop a scientific understanding of current and future opportunities for testing performed in support of chemical and food companies.

Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Strong familiarity and experience in analytical, biological and Calibration testing sales and/or marketing development
- Demonstrated professional management and sales skills
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills and critical thinking abilities
- Demonstrated leadership abilities
