Senior Marketing Manager | Dubai
Our client is one of the UAE’s leading property investment developers, with signature projects based in the UAE, Bahrain, Morocco and Tunisia. With further developments due to be launched, they now require an experienced Marketing Manager to lead the Marketing/Branding department.
Under the direction of the Marketing Director, the Senior Marketing Manager has the prime responsibility of establishing and implementing marketing strategies and plans for assigned brands. The will be expected to manage and implement an integrated marketing strategy so that that it is aligned with the long-term strategic objectives of companies marketing department. .You will be responsible for the alignment of all marketing strategies to match both the company identity and company budge. You also be expected to motivate and develop staff ensuring that performance is measured and training needs recommended.
As the ideal candidate the Senior Marketing Manager will have a university degree in business or marketing and will have a minimum of seven years marketing and brand management experience. You will also be familiar with brand development and P&L responsibility. There will need to be evidence of leadership & motivation skills, strategic thinking, budgeting and project management. The Senior Marketing Manager will require exceptional verbal and written communication skills, strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
