Senior Marketing Manager- Home Segment | du telecom Dubai
–>JOB PURPOSE:
• End to end business responsibility for developing value propositions for the Home Segments.
–>PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES / KEY RESULT AREAS:
• Develop value propositions targeting the needs of the Home segment
• Develop strategic guidelines and briefings for various functions based on the propositions: Product, Pricing, Communication, Sales & Customer care
• Define and own the customer experience for the Home / residential segment
• Develop acquisition, usage and retention strategies, programs and plans to increase penetration, usage / ARPU and to retain customers from churning.
• Work with the communication team to develop communication and create requisite awareness of services within the target audience. Brief-in and validate key messages, collaterals & branding and media plan for this segment.
• Work with product team to define the product and service road-map for the segment
• Work with Sales to develop the channel strategy, stocking and distribution plan for the segment and implement innovative ways to deliver the product.
• Work with pricing to develop Value Propositions which are relevant and competitive for the segment.
• Provide input to the Business Planning process.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETECIES:
The Ideal candidate should have total of 7 years with at least 5 years in Telecom with a sound understanding of the Fixed line products and services and Home segment needs.
–>QUALIFICATIONS:
Engineering degree with MBA in Marketing preferable
