Trade Marketing Manager | Muscat, Oman
Our client, a global FMCG multinational company, currently seeks a Trade Marketing Manager to join their expanding regional team.
Based in Oman, reporting to the Trade Marketing Director in Dubai, you will oversee a multi million dollar business in Oman. You will work across a portfolio of brands across the region working within a multifunctional sales and marketing team where you will need to deliver on 3 critical areas. Firstly, you will manage the creation and implementation of trade marketing materials that are appropriate within Oman, this will be through the management of distributors in your market, where you will control a large trade budget and work with agencies on collateral, POS materials etc. to develop in store events and retail-tainment. Secondly you will lead the development of category management projects within all retailers across the Middle East. Thirdly you will work with the sales team in each market on the execution of promotional plans, including the management of advertising and promotional spends.

As the ideal candidate, you must be degree educated with at least 3 years of FMCG sales experience, you will be a young, dynamic individual who is aged in your mid 20’s. You will either work in a top distributor in sales/trade marketing capacity or be working as a trade marketing/key account manager within a top FMCG multinational. The critical requirements for this role is someone who can handle multiple priorities, who is able to co-ordinate groups of individuals to deliver on critical objectives and someone who can inspire, lead and coach people to deliver results.
