Assist in developing market strategies and marketing plans to ensure customer satisfaction and an increased customer base. As well as introduce Mass segments related value proposition.
KEY RESULT AREAS
•Define and own the customer experience for assigned segment.
•Assist in developing marketing strategies on mass products.
•Responsible for managing key strategic and corporate marketing initiatives
•Managing and driving key customer interaction and thought leadership opportunities such as technical advisory board meetings, public facing webinars, and direct marketing campaigns.
•Develop and maintain segment business plan, monitor and report segment performance and status according to standard reporting procedure
•Develop and maintain different marketing policies for tariff plans, products & services, and promotions.
•Work with the other members of the applications team in Business Product Marketing to define a vision for applications propositions across all business segments
•Develop and implement value propositions to define sub-segments.
•Initiate and develop pricing recommendation for segments in charge.
•Support loyalty and retention team in developing plans and programs to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
•Assist in the development of channels promotions.
•Ensures the effective launch of new products, services and tariff plans in the segments.
•Assist in establishing and implementing marketing goals to ensure market share and revenue growth for segments in charge
•Assist in brand building activities for segments in charge.
•Assist in establishing and implementing marketing goals to ensure market share and revenue growth for segments in charge.
•Assist in developing marketing strategies on mass products.
•Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein.

•Knowledge of internal processes, standards, policies and procedures – Written Communication
•General knowledge of information management systems.
•Fluent in English (speaking & writing)
•A University degree with 3 years of progressive work experience in Marketing or Business Management in general, and in branding & segment management in particular, possession of a second language and experience in GSM market operations & planning.
