Features Writer / Editorial Assistant | National Publishing & Advertising Muscat, Oman
Work involves wiring on Travel, Lifestyle, Gadgets, Culture, holidays etc. They could range from adventurous travellers who believe their interesting stories could make great reading.
Writers must be able to express their ideas clearly and logically and should love to write.
Writing can involve both travelling under challenging circumstances and under deadline
Job will be full time based in Oman.
Requirements
• University Degree in Journalism
• 4-6 years with excellent writing skills and some published work.
• No specific preference of male or female
• Candidate would involve in overseeing the layout, design and photography for the features section of the magazine; selecting feature articles for each issue; proofreading all pages before going to press; assisting other staff to meet their deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Salary will commensurate with experience and as per Omani Labour Laws
