Online Writer / Reporter | CNBC Arabia Dubai

Job Purpose:
The role of the Writer/Reporter- Online is to write and edit assigned live or recorded reports and components of programs to be broadcast on the channel and on the Company website.

Duties & Responsibilities:
-Write creatively and consistently with the style of CNBC ARABIYA to give the
programs a unique identity.
-Review latest events and business news in the region and the world.
-Report and Write news and reports online and when required, voice stories assigned by the program editor when pre-approved by management.
-Undertake interviewing and reporting duties, under broad direction in both
recorded and live situations.
-Provide assistance in Control Room when show is on-air.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Finance, Economics or Journalism.
- 3 years of experience as a writer/reporter.

Knowledge, Skill and Experience Requirements:
- Exposure to broadcast, journalism and business news is essential.
- Excellent interpersonal skills in Arabic is a must.
