Presenter | CNBC Arabia Dubai

Job Purpose:
Responsible for the presentation of all news shows in relation to the signature style of CNBC Arabiya and contribute to the preparation of the program or news to be presented.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Write creatively and consistently with the style of CNBC Arabiya to give the program/s a unique identity.
- Assist in the production of the news show by contributing to all aspects of preparation including writing the copy, booking guests, preparing questions with guests, editing video monitor wires/TV broadcasts and compile information for graphics etc.
- Be familiar with the latest events and business news in the region and the world.
- Present the show/s either in the studio, on location or a combination of both involving script reading, interviewing and package production.
- Present the news as produced by the news team and conduct interviews (in person or by phone) live and ‘to tape’.
- Presenters may double up as reporters and write their scripts when needed.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Finance and Economics or in journalism; with exposure to broadcast, journalism and business news is essential.
- 3 years experience as a Presenter with financial background.

Knowledge, Skill and Experience Requirements:
- Knowledge of Financial market and business
- Exposure to TV is a must
- Excellent command of spoken and written Arabic
- Strong knowledge of English language
