Duties include:
1. Develop and oversee production of acquired programmes
2. Take responsibility for the overall editing requirement of the acquired material
3. Operate 2 VTR editing suites to a high standard
4. Evaluate acquired material according to the new operation’s standards and image
5. Ensure that the highest standards of production editing are maintained at all times
6. Ensure technical standards are maintained
Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
• Experience in AVID
• Experience of operating 2 VTR editing suites to a high standard
• Capable of evaluating acquired material according to the new operation’s standards and image
• Able to be highly innovative in the visual and audio presentation of television programming
• Posses good work flow organisational skills
• Able to speak and understand Arabic and English
• Able to work night shifts and weekends
Skills
• Experience in AVID
