Communication Coordinator | Abu Dhabi, UAE
Our client is leading Event Management is looking to recruit a Communication Coordinator to join their dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. Your responsibilities will be- Assists in working towards building partnership with International Music and Arts Institutions Builds and maintains database. Develop close working relationships with International Media and relevant potential communication entities Builds database of Cultural Institutions and develop cultural relations Ensures that all international contacts are kept informed of all issues and projects activities regularly Assists in creation of promotion materials including leaflets, brochures and newsletters and distribute materials widely throughout the appropriate channels Explores creative development opportunities for potential UAE candidates and act as focal point for all related communication and operations Ensures compliance with relevant international institutional rules and regulations in all areas of arts and music related communication Supports team in developing new partnerships and performs other jobs assigned and directed by the Founder.
Skills
The ideal candidate should have good work experience in similar role with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a desire to work in a team environment Proficiency in written and oral English and Arabic and computer literacy are essential.
