Spot On is recruiting tommorrow’s senior managers and consultants today! Joining in an entry-level position and working closely with the agency’s multinational team, you would be working on leading global and local brands from day one, helping to drive smart communications programs which meet and exceed client objectives.
Successful candidates will know the difference between sales, marketing and public relations and will have studied marketing, advertising, mass communications or a related discipline. It’s likely is that you will be a keen reader of business media and will also have acquired a habit of making good business contacts.
Most agency positions carry some responsibility for administration, client meetings, project planning, media relations, campaign analysis and reporting.
KEY CRITERIA
* Entry-level positions (1-5 years experience) - strong written and verbal communications skills, active interest in communications, good administration skills, motivation to work hard and acquire new skills
Account management (4-8 years experience) - track record of success in client management, high standard of written work, sound campaign planning skills, ability to manage both task-centric and people-centric responsibilities
Senior consultants (7+ years experience) - proven track record in consulting at C-level, ability to identify opportunities for the agency and your clients, ability to develop and manage profitable work, outstanding client and employer references
At Spot On, you will be expected to develop a sound knowledge of clients’ industries, the Middle East media, the marketing environment and the communications vehicles available for use in client campaigns. Are you up for the challenge?

Skills
Applicants should have a clear understanding of the core principles of marketing and communications, strong IT and communications skills and a good background knowledge of the region’s media. You will be self-motivated and comfortable working with people of different nationalities / ages / backgrounds.
Critical knowledge and skills for us are:
- Good spoken Arabic and English
- Excellent personal communications skills
- Excellent writing skills at least one language
- Computer literacy and ability to use PCs intensively for day-to-day work
- A keen interest in technology and marketing
- Knowledge of media and marketing
