Global CSR Manager | Dubai, UAE
As the Global CSR Manager for this GCC based energy organisation, you will manage, develop, sustain and improve its existing CSR program, which has significant internal and external components. These range from internal employee training sessions to community based engagement projects. This organisation touches people’s lives in a number of complex ways and it is crucial for it to better the communities it touches by engaging in grassroots initiatives, as well as partnering with NGO’s to address local environmental and social issues.
Requirements
You will have a thorough understanding of CSR goals and objectives and have at least five years experience in CSR. You will also, preferably, have some exposure to industries that have a substantive environmental impact. You will have an excellent command of written and oral English, and it is an absolute pre-requisite that you speak fluent Arabic.
