Market Intelligence /Analysis Manager | S2M Group Dubai
Duties and Responsibilities
- Initiate, develop, manage and analyze market research surveys
- Acquire and analyze industry analysis reports and build and maintain relations with analysts and relevant analysis companies
- Develop benchmarks in relevant areas for the further development of the S2M services, including device, pricing, and operator benchmarks, as well as media monitoring
- Develop and maintain service KPI’s and reporting systems for internal and external partner reporting
- Recommend and communicate actions and plans for service enhancement and improvement based on outcome of measure results in close co-operation with relevant marketing and sales departments
- Manage and control the market intelligence budget
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
* University degree or equivalent with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience
* Market research or analysis background is essential, with successful track record in the media or telecoms sector in the MENA region
* Good understanding of mobile data and/or media services. Previous experience with mobile TV or satellite or pay TV services is a distinct plus.
* International experience
* Must be fluent in English. Arabic is an asset.
