Market Research Manager | Dubai, UAE
Our client - a well known organization in the UAE – is looking for an experienced market researcher to join their Marketing and Customer Service division. The role requires someone with in depth knowledge of various research methods (qualitative and quantitative) and how the results can be applied to improve the customer experience through CRM programmes.
You will be responsible for:
Leading the development of the best in CRM strategies (including on-line) that will engage and communicate with key groups regarding the company and optimizes demand generation.
Developing research programmes to understand customer behaviour and their buying patterns, customer experience through quantitative and qualitative research methods.
Database segmentation and analysis.
Working closely with agencies, assigning briefs and developing strategies to realise company’s objectives.
Managing marketing budget and reporting to Senior Management on research results.
You will require:
Must have GCC experience (Preferably UAE)
Minimum 8 years experience in Market Research on a managerial level
Great presentation and analytical skills
Excellent level of English (spoken and written)
Arabic is desirable but not essential
