General Purpose of Position:
The Sales Coordinator is responsible for maintaining high level customer service as per company standards, execute and follow up all the sales order of all the products and services provided by the company.

His responsibility will cover certain accounts or area according to management distribution in the same time he is responsible to safeguard company assests.

Task and Responsibilities
„«Maintain and develop his daily follow up by Area/Customer according to the sales order process.
„«Maintain and ensure the communication with all the other departments.
„«Ensure the customer satisfaction with delivery, quality and communication according to the customer need.
„«Ensure the communication between the customer and the head office for the status of jobs from Quotation to delivery.
„«Follow up the collection and resolve customer „«„«complain according to the company policy.
Present and truck the sales performance and receivable.
„«Report to sales and Marketing/Area Sales Manager and communicate all the data to him.
„«Any other tasks as assigned from time to time by Man

Skills and Competencies:
„«Bachelor degree graduate or equivalent.
„«Literate in computer
„«Good level in English writing and reading.
„«Good level of presentation and reporting
„«High willing for team work and human relationship.

Requirements:
„«Ready to move any where within the position open in whole the group companies and area.
„«Ability to work varied hours/days, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
„«Experience in Sales and Order processing will be an advantage.
