Sales Manager | Kuwait

For our client a leading company in logistics and franchising, we are now looking for a Sales Manager to join the existing team. The role will involve recruiting and training sales staff, supervising and monitoring performance and setting budgets/targets. Alongside this you must report back to senior managers, liaise with customers and maintaining a detailed knowledge of companies products and services.

Requirements
The successful candidate will have a degree and at least 5 years experience selling with at least a year of that in a management role. You must have a high level of organization and professionalism and a proven ability to close deals.
