• Handle all sales operations in the Tea shop
• Attend all customer requests in the shortest time possible
• Handle cashier operations at the Tea Shop, and perform daily physical Inventory Check
• Meet sales targets and Budgets and define Delivery and Order Dates.
• Participate in Promotional Activities
• Identify merchandise assortments that best match customers needs in market place.
Skills
• Good experience and skills in principles of sales, negotiation and promotion
• Excellent communication skills (English and Arabic)
• Self motivated, able to take initiatives and use sound judgements in day to day decision making.
• Punctual, professional and reliable in their work attendance
• Flexible and able to work with others as a team
• Providing a strong follow up for clients
• Able to handle customer complaints
• Ability to work under pressure
• Good leadership skills
Education
Minimum of High School Certificate
